Directions

1. Mix honey and light soy sauce with 2g of garlic.
2. Fry off tofu in oil until brown and take it out.
3. Cook the onion until translucent.
4. Add the ginger and remaining garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Add the mushroom and coriander sautee off for a few minutes.
6. Add the broccoli and carrots and cook for a few minutes.
7. Add the cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
8. Add the marinade and tofu and stir through and it's done.
