1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and line loaf pan.
2. Mash banana, melt butter, add milk and stir to combine.
3. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl, make a well in the centre and add wet ingredients. Stir until all combined and place in to prepared loaf pan.
4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
