Ingredients

Directions

1. Mix mince, an egg, salt, pepper, half chopped parsley and half onion.
2. Make meatballs and place them into baking dish.
3. In frying pan using olive oil brown remaining chopped onion, chopped capsicum, celery, carrot and parsley. Then add tomato sauce. Season to taste. Let it simmer for 5 mins.
4. Add sauce into a baking dish with meatballs and cover with foil. Bake at 180C for about 40 minutes.
