1. | Slice mushrooms. Peel and slice carrots. De-seed and slice capsicums. Break up broccoli into florets. |
2. | Heat the oil in a wok or large fry pan. Add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. |
3. | Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar and oyster sauce. Add the cooked egg noodles to the pan and heat through. |
