Ingredients

Directions

1. Slice mushrooms. Peel and slice carrots. De-seed and slice capsicums. Break up broccoli into florets.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large fry pan. Add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar and oyster sauce. Add the cooked egg noodles to the pan and heat through.
4. Serve immediately with lime squeezed on top (if preferred).
5. Note: can use any colour capsicum. Can use oyster mushrooms instead of brown.
