Ingredients

Directions

1. Cook noodles to manufacturer's instructions. Drain, rinse and refresh. Toss with olive and sesame oil, cool and put in the fridge.
2. Cook the asparagus and snow peas, cool and cut into strips.
3. Peel and finely chop green onions on the diagonal.
4. Add the cooled vegetables, green onions and cabbage to the noodles.
5. Add the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing.
6. Toss through the noodle salad and refrigerate until really nice and chilled, and the flavours have developed.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
