Cook noodles to manufacturer's instructions. Drain, rinse and refresh. Toss with olive and sesame oil, cool and put in the fridge. |

Cook the asparagus and snow peas, cool and cut into strips. |

Peel and finely chop green onions on the diagonal. |

Add the cooled vegetables, green onions and cabbage to the noodles. |

Add the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing. |

Toss through the noodle salad and refrigerate until really nice and chilled, and the flavours have developed. |

Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. |
