Tuna & Butter Bean Salad
This protein packed meal will keep you satisfied for longer and help your body build up muscle.
1 dash black pepper
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 medium red onion
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
70 g tuna chunks in springwater
5 pitted black olives
100 g butter beans
Drain tuna and butter beans. Slice red onion and olives, halve cherry tomatoes. Chop parsley, juice the lemon.
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
Season with pepper and drizzle lemon juice.
Serve with a slice of gluten free bread or over mixed lettuce if desired and enjoy.
