Ingredients

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Slice eggplant into 2cm thick slices. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Cook until light browned. Set aside to cool.
3. Spread paste on the pizza base then sprinkle with dukkah.
4. Put the remaining vegetables on top then sprinkle with cheese.
5. Place the pizza base on a tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
