1. Preheat oven to 200°C and prepare the baking trays.
2. Whisk egg and milk in a small bowl.
3. Finely chop onions and grate carrots, and combine them with mince, sausage mince, garlic, parsley, and sauces.
4. Cut the sheet of pastry in half horizontally. Put 4-5 tablespoons of mince mixture per half sheet, roll into a log, and cut into pieces.
5. Place them on the baking trays and bake for 25-30 minutes.
6. Let cool to serve.
