Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients for lean beef mince, grated onion and carrot, chopped garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and egg.
2. On stove put passata sauce in large saucepan, add salt and pepper then bring to boil.
3. Reduce the heat and start making meatballs desirable in size.
4. Put them into the simmering sauce. Simmer meatballs for about 25-30 ins on medium heat.
5. Five minutes before turning off the fire, add chopped parsley and garlic.
