Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash and cut the vegetables.
2. Heat oil and fry onions until transparent. Add oregano and mix.
3. Add carrot and celery and cook for 8 minutes.
4. Add all other vegetables and paprika and mix.
5. Add bone broth and bring to a simmer then put lid on.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 25 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy.
