Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place parchment paper inside the loaf tin.
2. Blend almonds, garlic, and rosemary.
3. Add pumpkin and blend until smooth.
4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly except for the pepitas.
5. Pour the mass into the tin and garnish with pepitas—Bake in an oven for 90 minutes.
6. Allow cooling for 10 minutes in the tin. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
